Section 2. The Grand Aerie shall be the governing body of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Our Supreme Law currently states, all members in good standing of the Aerie, men or women, according to the Ritual, shall be addressed as “Brother.” (Appeal No. 2426)

Section I. This Constitution, the Statutes enacted by the Grand Aerie not in conflict therewith, and the Ritual, with instructions therein contained, shall be the Supreme Law of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
